Bubble Shack Hawaiian Soap Co is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@bubbleshackhawaii.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Bubble Shack Hawaiian Soap Co does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

Please review the information below before ordering our handmade Hawaiian soap and natural bath products. Don't forget to order $100.00 or more and you'll receive free shipping!

Bubble Shack ships to the US Mainland/Hawaiian Islands as well as internationally. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping to the US Mainland/Hawaiian Islands (estimated three to five day delivery) and USPS Global Priority Mail for International orders (estimated four to six day delivery).  We highly reccomend adding insurance to your order as the post office no longer issues refunds for damaged or lost shipments unless they are insured. 

Returns

We stand behind our products and want our customers to thoroughly enjoy them. If you would like to return an item, please e-mail us at holly@bubbleshackhawaii.com to receive return authorization and/or instructions before returning anything. We only accept returns for mis-shipped products and damaged items.
**Returns must be received by Bubble Shack within 30 days of placing order.**

Order Considerations
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order. You will receive a second e-mail with tracking information shortly after your order has shipped. We strive for quick turnaround but please be advised that orders can take up to 10 days before shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please e-mail us to confirm that we can indeed meet your request. Due to the hand-made nature of Bubble Shack soaps, color, design, and shape may slightly vary from order to order

Please be aware that in warmer months soaps can melt if exposed to extreme temperatures in the shipping process. Bubble Shack is not responsible for melted soaps and they are not returnable.
